The «Seller» is a private entrepreneur Nadiya Orestivna Kovalchuk, registered and operating under the laws of Ukraine, identification code EDRPOU: 2170013268, address: 79049, Lviv, Dragana St., 1, apartment 57, tel. +38 0636480821, https://www.enigma.lviv.ua.
«Buyer» means a business entity or an individual consumer who has the necessary and sufficient legal personality (legal capacity and legal capacity) and who, on legal grounds and for a purpose that does not violate the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, applies to the Seller, and in accordance with Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, generally and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Agreement.
The game in the escape room takes place on the day and time chosen by the Buyer on the website or by calling our phone number. The Buyer can pay for the escape room game immediately when booking on our website or on the spot with a card or cash. Also, the Buyer can cancel the game reservation 24 hours before the start of the selected session and make a refund.
In case of booking late/early sessions or several quests, the Seller may request an advance payment of 100 UAH for each quest, which can be paid online or transferred in cash at the address of the quest location by agreement with the Seller. The prepayment is non-refundable and the fact of transferring/transferring the prepayment amount means that the Buyer agrees to this condition.
The price of the Gift Certificates is determined by the face value of the Gift Certificates.
The Certificates are delivered to the addresses of the escape room locations, namely 6/8 Gogol St. or 30 Storozhenko St. On weekdays by prior arrangement with the administrator or on weekends from 12:00 to 20:00 at any time. It is possible to deliver Gift Certificates made in physical form to the Buyer through an organization that provides transportation and delivery of Certificates (courier service, carrier, post office, etc.), which the Buyer chooses, and to a specific address or branch for an additional fee.
In case of transfer of Gift Certificates generated in electronic form, the Seller shall transfer the Gift Certificates within the terms agreed by the parties.
Acceptance of the Gift Certificates by the Buyer is allowed only after payment of their value and payment of the cost of ensuring their transportation and delivery.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
In consideration of the transfer of Gift Certificates or, the Buyer pays in favor of the Seller, cash for each unit of the Gift Certificate in the following order: Payment of the cost of the Gift Certificates in the amount of 100% of the total price of the Gift Certificates shall be made by transferring non-cash funds to the Seller's account, or by cash payment with the Seller. Payments are made in the national currency of Ukraine - hryvnia using the Seller's details, which are specified on the website or at the point of sale. Acceptable forms of payment for Gift Certificates are defined on the website.
